Early Life & Educational Foundation
Born in Salem District, Tamil Nadu, Hariprasath demonstrated a keen interest in agriculture and technology from a young age. He graduated with a B.E. in Agricultural Engineering from Nehru Institute of Technology (NIT), Coimbatore, under Anna University. During his academic tenure, he actively engaged in entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership activities, which laid a strong foundation for his future endeavors.
Professional Experience and Leadership
Hariprasath’s professional journey began while he was still in college, where he worked as a part-time startup consultant and advisor. His roles at Sudha Honey Bees and Organic Positive provided him with valuable experience in business strategy, fundraising, and innovation management. These experiences sharpened his critical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills, all of which have been instrumental in shaping his leadership at LOFTY AGROTECH.
In addition to his consultancy roles, Hariprasath has held significant leadership positions in various innovation councils and entrepreneurship cells at NIT Coimbatore. As the Institute Innovation Coordinator and leader of the Entrepreneur Cell, he honed his capabilities in innovation management and mentoring young entrepreneurs.

In 2021, Hariprasath founded LOFTY AGROTCEH with a vision to transform agriculture through technology. Headquartered in Salem, the company quickly gained recognition for its cutting-edge solutions, particularly in agricultural drones and automated machinery. Under his leadership, LOFTY AGROTECH developed an advanced drone designed for monitoring crop health, detecting diseases, and optimizing irrigation and soil nutrients. This innovation empowers farmers to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and improve yield predictions.
At LOFTY AGROTECH, we adhere to the philosophy of “Innovating for a Sustainable Future.” Our mission is to equip farmers with technology that fosters smarter and more sustainable agricultural practices. As a Fundraising Officer at Organic Positive, I successfully secured a non-refundable grant of Rs.25,00,000.00 at the RKVY-RAFTAAR GRANT through the ANGRAU POSHAN INCUBATOR, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. This experience solidified my understanding of the critical role funding plays in driving innovation and sustainability within the agricultural sector.
2. AIRMEDIA SOLUTIONS, Coimbatore
At AIRMEDIA SOLUTIONS, I serve as a Fundraising Officer, where I develop and implement strategies to secure funding for various projects. My background in agriculture and technology aligns our fundraising efforts with innovative solutions that address pressing market needs

1. DESI HERBAL PRODUCTS, Thanjavur
As an R&D consultant at Desi Herbal Products, I collaborate with the team to develop innovative herbal solutions tailored to modern agricultural needs. My focus is on integrating technology with traditional practices to enhance product efficacy.
2. FUTURE NATURE, Namakkal
At Future Nature, a honey bee-based products manufacturing company, I work on product development and marketing. My role involves overseeing the entire process, from conceptualizing new honey-based products to implementing effective marketing strategies that promote sustainability and health benefits.
3. NVS PLASTERS, Coimbatore
At NVS Plasters, I consult on product development and market strategy, ensuring our offerings meet industry standards and cater to consumer demands. My diverse experience enables me to contribute effectively to their growth.
Guest Speaker & Mentoring Students
In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, He’s an active guest speaker and mentor. He frequently delivers guest lectures at academic institutions, including my alma mater, Nehru Institute of Technology. His talks cover essential topics such as entrepreneurship, fundraising, business development, available grants, and design thinking. He strives to inspire students and young entrepreneurs, sharing insights from his journey and emphasizing the importance of innovation in agriculture.

In addition to my work in agriculture, I have expressed interest in expanding into related fields such as food processing and sustainability-driven technology. My personal mission is to continue learning, innovating, and leading by example, inspiring others to follow a path of entrepreneurial excellence.
