Mr. HARIPRASATH BALACHANDHAR is the Founder and Managing Director of LOFTY AGROTECH & LOFTY INNOVATIONS, a mission-driven entrepreneur focused on solving real-world challenges through practical, scalable innovation. Coming from a farming background, his journey is deeply rooted in understanding grassroots problems, which led him to build solutions that directly impact productivity, efficiency, and sustainability.
Since founding LOFTY AGROTECH in 2021 and later expanding into LOFTY INNOVATIONS, HARIPRASATH BALACHANDHAR has transformed the organization from an agriculture-focused startup into a multi-domain innovation ecosystem delivering solutions across engineering, drone technology, embedded systems, product development, research & development, and industrial innovation. His expertise in product innovation, business strategy, fundraising, and technology development has enabled the company to build scalable, market-ready, and impact-driven solutions with real-world applications.
Under his leadership, the organization has achieved significant milestones, including government recognition, incubation support, and securing multiple Government of India grants. The launch of LOFTY INNOVATIONS during the 5th Year Anniversary of LOFTY AGROTECH marked a major expansion in vision and capability, extending beyond agriculture into broader engineering and technology domains while maintaining the same practical and solution-oriented foundation.
Beyond the organization, HARIPRASATH BALACHANDHAR actively contributes to the startup and innovation ecosystem as a consultant, mentor, R&D advisor, and guest speaker. He has guided entrepreneurs, startups, students, and innovators in areas such as product development, commercialization, business strategy, fundraising, and market execution.
