Johnson Geared Motor (Grade B) 12 V DC 300 RPM

This Johnson Geared Motor from provides torque which falls intermediate to the torques by centre shaft gear motors and side shaft dc gear motors, at a reasonable cost!!!!These "Grade B Johnson DC Motors" are in fame for their performance even at a low price compared to "Grade A Quality Johnson DC Motors". (to know the difference between the two motors please read the Note below)It is a simple DC motor featuring a metal gearbox for driving the shaft of the motor, so it is a mechanically commutated electric motor that is powered by a DC supply. The Johnson Geared Motors are known for their compact size and massive torque-speed characteristic. The Johnson Motor comes with a side shaft also known as an off-centred shaft and six M3 mounting holes. The shaft of the motor equips metal bushes which makes these DC gear motors Shaft wear-resistant. The shaft of the motor has a hole for better coupling. The motor will run smoothly between the voltage range 6 to 18 V DC and give you 350 RPM at 12V supply. It provides the torque of 2.4 kg-cm at 300 RPM.Please note that this motor will have a ±20% error in the RPM.The Johnson Geared Motor gives very good torque at an affordable price hence they are widely applicable in Pan/Tilt camera, auto shutter, welding machines, water meter IC card, grill, oven, cleaning machine garbage disposers, household appliances, slot machines, money detector, automatic actuator, coffee machine, towel disposal, lighting coin refund devices, the peristaltic pump and so on.Also, they are best suitable with highly developing capable robots or robotic platform, various automation purposes.Note: We are selling 2 types of Johnson Motors as "Johnson Geared Motor - Grade A Quality" and "Johnson Geared Motor - Grade B", the only difference between them is the quality of materials used for manufacturing the motor. All other specification including look, dimensions, working etc. are same. The "Grade A Quality" motors shows slightly more torque count than "Grade B" Johnson Motors and hence dominates "Grade B" quality motors. So, the Johnson Geared Motor - Grade A Quality costs little more than Johnson Geared Motor - Grade B.We offer the range of Johnson motors with different RPM as shown below, click on RPM numbers for more informationGrade B:10 - 11.7 kg-cm30 - 9.4 kg-cm60 - 7.5 kg-cm100 - 5.7 kg-cm200 - 3.9 kg-cm350 - 2.2 kg-cm500 - 1 kg-cm1000 - 0.8 kg-cmWe strongly recommend choosing Orange Johnson Grade A quality motors for superior performance & better life cycle.Grade A Quality: 10 - 48.2 kg-cm20 - 33.47 kg-cm30 - 25.9 kg-cm60 - 16.07 kg-cm100 - 10.5 kg-cm200 - 5.72 kg-cm300 - 3.48 kg-cm600 - 1.54 kg-cm"This motor shows the constructional variations at the base-motor side as shown in the image below. This variation contributes only while connecting the motor with the applications, and doesn’t cause any changes in operational parameters such as Torque, RPM, Rated Current, etc. of the motor"Features : The motor has sturdy construction.Shaft equips metal bushes for long life.It comes with High-Quality gears. The shaft has a hole for better coupling.Package Includes :1 x Johnson Geared Motor 300RPM - Grade B
