SX1278 433MHz Ra-01 LoRa Wireless Transmit Module

The SX1278 433MHz RA-01 LoRa Wireless Transmit Module is a compact long-range RF communication module based on Semtech LoRa modulation technology. It delivers reliable wireless communication with high sensitivity of up to -148dBm and +20dBm (100mW) RF output power for extended transmission distances up to 15km in ideal conditions. Supporting LoRa, FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, and OOK modulation modes, the module offers excellent anti-interference performance while maintaining low power consumption. It features half-duplex SPI communication, programmable bit rates up to 300kbps, 127dB RSSI dynamic range, automatic RF signal detection, CAD mode, ultra-high-speed AFC, and packet CRC support up to 256 bytes. The shielded compact SMD package with a spring antenna makes it suitable for IoT devices, wireless sensor networks, smart agriculture, telemetry, remote monitoring, and industrial automation requiring stable long-distance wireless communication.
