TNY266PN Power Integrations Off-Line Switcher IC - DIP-8 Package is a highly integrated off-line switcher IC from the TinySwitch-II family by Power Integrations. It combines a high-voltage power MOSFET, PWM controller, startup circuitry, current limiting, and thermal protection into a single compact device, significantly reducing component count in AC-DC power supplies. The TNY266PN is ideal for chargers, standby power supplies, LED drivers, household appliances, industrial controls, and other low-power SMPS applications.
