The TYN612 is a high-voltage, high-current Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for use in power switching applications. With a 600V blocking voltage and 12A current capacity, it is ideal for use in motor drivers, battery chargers, AC power control, and lighting dimmers. Its TO-220 package allows for easy heat sinking and through-hole mounting.
